CALLER IS REPORTING CRUDE OIL SHEEN DISCOVERED DURING AN OVERFLIGHT FROM A DOWNED PLATFORM DUE TO HURRICANE IVAN. CALLER STATED THE SHEEN WAS BROKEN INTO TWO SIZES: 5.8 MILES X 600 FEET RAINBOW AND 6.2 MILES X 150 FEET SILVERY.
